Thanks for the reply, it's very informative..have a query again..my TSM admin said it's a TIMEOUT Error..is it so? I tried verifying and repairing the disk permissions to no avail. From inside tsm you can't see what ip# it resolves to, but here are a few other methods: Ping tsm4.fenetwork.com Nslookup tsm4.fenetwork.com. Have you check your firewall setting and confirm it was not causing the problem?
