I tried to explain before, but I guess I have not been successful, and that is this is a very isolated issue. When people post very general questions, take a second to try to understand what they're really looking for. I found the little menu items within the return a little less than adequate for my purposes. Avoid jargon and technical terms when possible.

But am still running into "patches can't be found on the product installer" upon installing the download file... Would it be better for me to use your online product instead of the Windows disks? Be encouraging and positive. Plus, troubleshooting this issue is a hit or miss affair.

Instead, you pretend there's a solution, causing customers to spin their wheels, reconfig their computers, and waste time. This is a good temporary fix, but it certainly should be fixed as an update to Turbotax, please. Stick to the topic and avoid unnecessary details.
